When we ship international orders through PayPal (USPS), your package is first sent to the USPS international sorting facility in Carol Stream, Illinois. At that point, USPS relabels the package and assigns a different tracking number, often starting with a “G”.
Unfortunately, the USPS system often shows very few or no updates once the package leaves Carol Stream. This doesn’t mean your order is lost—it simply means USPS does not provide detailed tracking outside the U.S. Some countries don’t have agreements with USPS for tracking packages.
After that, delivery depends on your country’s customs process and local postal service, which can sometimes take several weeks. Rest assured, we have never lost a package, even if tracking appears inactive.
